Balsamic onions are really easy and super quick to make. When cooked, the onions develop sweet aromas that combine beautifully with the unique character and taste of balsamic vinegar.

Ingredients
- 3 red onions
- 100 ml Balsamic vinegar

- Step 1Peel the onions and cut into fine rings.
- Step 2Now pour the balsamic vinegar over the onions in a small pan.
- Step 3Bring the mixture to the boil and simmer over a low heat for 15 minutes while stirring. When the onions are soft, the dish is ready.
