Antipasti platter – in the summer edition
When guests are coming, antipasti platters are a blessing for anyone who doesn't have time. The platters are incredibly varied and very easy to make. You don't need any cooking skills. The ingredients are simply arranged beautifully. If the arrangement follows a graphic pattern, you can create a visual sensation in no time at all.

Schritt für Schritt durch´s Rezept
- Step 1Cut the washed fruit and vegetables into eighths. Halve and pit the cherries.
- Step 2Pluck a handful of basil leaves.
- Step 3Tear the mozzarella into coarse pieces with your fingers.
- Step 4Now arrange all the ingredients in rows on a nice big wooden board. Start with a row of tomato quarters, followed by a row of mozzarella, apricots, basil leaves, ham, cherries, mozzarella again and a row of nectarines.
- Step 5Drizzle the mozzarella with a little olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
- Step 6Place the burrata ball in the center and decorate the plate with more basil leaves.
The antipasti platter we present to you here tastes of Italy, sunshine and dolce vita: sweet summer fruits meet salty prosciutto and mild, creamy mozzarella. It is an absolutely irresistible combination for the eyes and the palate.
If you want to serve this platter, we recommend bringing fresh bread or crackers such as crispy taralli to the table, as well as a small selection of spreads. Extra virgin olive oil and thick balsamic vinegar are also a must!
