Schritt für Schritt durch´s Rezept

  1. Step 1
    Wash the tomatoes, cut into large pieces and marinate in vinegar and oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Step 2
    Place the burrata in the center of a deep plate and drape the marinated tomatoes around it.
  3. Step 3
    Decorate the plate with the basil leaves.
  4. Step 4
    At the table, cut the burrata into quarters and serve each person a piece together with the tomato salad.
