Schritt für Schritt durch´s Rezept

  1. Step 1
Bring the pasta water to the boil and salt well. Cook the pasta in it until al dente.
  2. Step 2
Peel and halve the onion and cut into thin half moons.
  3. Step 3
Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion rings and peeled garlic clove.
  4. Step 4
When the onions are translucent, add the cherry tomatoes to the pan and sauté. When the tomatoes are soft, it is time to add the drained olives. Add a ladleful of pasta water and reduce.
  5. Step 5
When the pasta is almost al dente, add the noodles to the pan, mix well with the sauce and wait until the spaghetti is perfectly cooked. Remove from the heat. Now fold in the basil leaves.
  6. Step 6
Divide the spaghetti between 4 plates and place a burrata ball on each plate. Drizzle with a little olive oil, season with ground black pepper and garnish with basil leaves.
