Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Cut the egg tomatoes into slices approx. 5 millimetres thick.
  2. Place the cheese ball in the center of the plate and arrange the tomato slices around it as a ring.
  3. Now place the pomodori essiccato al sole on top of the fresh tomatoes as a decorative second layer.
  4. Sprinkle the salad al Gusto with a little salt, pepper and dried oregano.
  5. Top the plate with a few drops of extra virgin olive oil.
