Burrata “iContadini” con pomodori essiccati al sole – Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 scoop Burrata grande BIO (180 g)
- 8 Pomodori essiccati al sole
- 2 elongated egg tomatoes
- 2 TABLESPOONS extra virgin olive oil
- Pinch of dried oregano
- Basil
- Salt, pepper
Preparation
- Cut the egg tomatoes into slices approx. 5 millimetres thick.
- Place the cheese ball in the center of the plate and arrange the tomato slices around it as a ring.
- Now place the pomodori essiccato al sole on top of the fresh tomatoes as a decorative second layer.
- Sprinkle the salad al Gusto with a little salt, pepper and dried oregano.
- Top the plate with a few drops of extra virgin olive oil.
