    Cut the melon into 2.5 cm cubes, as well as the mozzarella.
  2. Step 2
    Now skewer some Parma ham, mozzarella and melon onto a toothpick one after the other until the ingredients have been used up
  3. Step 3
    Arrange the skewers on a pretty serving platter and garnish with a few drops of the thick balsamic vinegar “Il denso”.
