Schritt für Schritt durch´s Rezept
Prepare the dough
- Step 1Dissolve the salt in the cold water.
- Step 2Sieve the flour into a kneading bowl and then rub the yeast into the flour with your hands.
- Step 3Gradually work the cold salt water into the flour until a dough is formed. Knead this for about 15 minutes on a floured work surface. Then cover with a damp cloth and leave to rest in a cool place for 6-8 hours.
- Step 4Shortly before the end of the resting time, heat the oven to the highest setting for at least 30 minutes.
Topping and baking pizza
- Step 5Wash the rocket and tomatoes, cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters. Halve a burrata ball and cut into fine strips or cubes.
- Step 6Drain the tinned tomatoes and mash finely with a fork.
- Step 7Make three equal-sized pieces from the dough and shape each into a round pizza.
- Step 8Spread the pureed tomatoes on the pizzas, top with burrata strips and half of the sliced cherry tomatoes, drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil over each.
- Step 9Bake the pizzas one after the other in the oven until golden brown, approx. 6 minutes. Top each pizza with fresh tomatoes and rocket and place a burrata ball in the middle. Tear this up with your fingers at the table and spread over the pizza.
