Instructions
For the breading, mix the eggs with the milk.
In a shallow bowl or deep dish, mix the polenta with the salt, chili, Parmesan and parsley.
Now cut the mozzarella into sticks, i.e. long strips 1 cm thick. Pat the sticks dry with a clean kitchen towel or kitchen paper.
Now turn the sticks - as you would bread a schnitzel - first in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs until they are completely covered in breadcrumbs.
Heat the frying oil in a small pan. Hold a wooden stick in the oil. If bubbles form on it, the temperature is correct.
Bake the sticks in batches until they are golden brown.
