In a large bowl, mix the ground almonds with the sugar, egg whites, honey and orange zest to form a sticky, smooth dough. Cover the bowl and place in the fridge for half an hour.
In the meantime, preheat the oven to 180° C top and bottom heat.
Now cut off walnut-sized portions of the dough with a tablespoon and shape into balls.
Roll the balls in powdered sugar and place 10 cm apart on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Pinch the top of each ball between two fingers.
Now place in the oven for 10 minutes. When they look slightly golden, they are good.
